From the start, our goal has been to bring better coffee experiences into everyday life through technology and thoughtful design, at an accessible price. We want to help you build and refine your brewing setup, with care that extends beyond the tools themselves to delivery and ongoing support.
As the costs of serving our European customers have increased, including taxes, logistics, and after-sales service, we will be increasing our product prices in Europe from September 25, 2026. This adjustment will help us maintain product quality, continue improving our designs, and provide reliable support over the long term.
New prices take effect on September 25, 2026.
We are sharing this update one week in advance to give you time to plan any purchases. Current prices will remain in place until the adjustment takes effect on September 25.
We are also preparing to begin local fulfillment from a warehouse in Germany, with the aim of making deliveries across Europe more convenient and reliable. We will share the launch date and coverage once the arrangements are confirmed.
